By the way, I was wondering, since I’m a scuba diver, can’t I simply have my tank filled with helium or a mixture of inert gases and simply put my regulator in my mouth and breath in?

How will people in the US legally obtain the drug? Obviously, everyone who wants to use the Nembutal pill will not be able to go to Australia to become a patient of Dr. Nitschke. And will the drug be available to people like me who suffer from major depression? Mine is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain which has never in all my adult years been cured by psychotherapy and/or meds. I am not mentally ill, and completely competent.
